In February of this year, something special happened in Knoxville, Tennessee
. Roddy Tucker, a Knoxville native, returned to his roots—not just to come home, but to lead. After joining Kulia Business Solutions in 2023 and thriving in our Management Training Program, Roddy took the bold step of launching his own market in Knoxville. And in just two short months, he’s already making waves.
Roddy’s story is one of grit, growth, and genuine care for people. When he first moved to Nashville to join Kulia, it was clear that he had something special. As a salesperson, he quickly stood out, but it was in training and leadership where he truly excelled. Whether he was helping someone overcome a tough day or celebrating small wins with his team, Roddy’s presence brought energy, focus, and unity to every room he entered.
What set Roddy apart was never just his numbers—it was his mindset. He brought a positive attitude to work every single day, even in the face of setbacks. He consistently demonstrated a hunger to learn and grow, often staying late to sharpen his skills or asking thoughtful questions to push his development further. But above all, Roddy genuinely cared. He invested in his team, not just as coworkers but as people. His leadership style has always been rooted in service, encouragement, and leading by example.
Since opening Knoxville in February, Roddy has grown his team to an impressive 15 members, brought on administrative support to manage operations, and already generated over $450,000 in revenue for his clients. That kind of impact in such a short time is a testament to the foundation he built during his time in Nashville—and the fire he brings to everything he does.
